Help with the RoadKickers app. If you cannot find what you need below, email us and a person will reply — we are a small team and we read everything.
Email support@roadkickers.com. We aim to reply within one working day.
It helps if you tell us the phone number your account uses, the name of your club, and what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
RoadKickers is invite-only. Clubs are private groups of people who already play together, so you join by invitation from someone in your squad — usually the person who organises your games.
Ask them to send you an invite. You will get a link and an eight-character code. Open the app, tap GET STARTED, enter the code, then enter your phone number.
If your code is refused, it has usually already been used, or the number you entered is not the one the code was issued for. Ask your organiser to issue a fresh code for the number you are using.
You can block or report any member from their profile or from a message. Reports come to us and are reviewed. Club owners and managers can also remove members and delete content in their own club.
If someone is at risk of harm, email safeguarding@roadkickers.com and we will treat it as a priority. RoadKickers is for players aged 13 and over.
Injuries you log are private by default and are only visible to others if you choose to share them. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
If you are not receiving notifications, check that notifications are enabled for RoadKickers in your phone's settings, and that you have not muted the club in the app.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Full instructions and exactly what is deleted are on the Delete Your Account page.
RoadKickers is free to use. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
