• Profile details: images you upload as a profile picture, and details you choose to add such as position, nationality and playing information.
• Usage information: basic information about how you interact with the App, such as clubs and games you join or create, RSVPs, and content you post.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Let you find, join, and organise football with your club and teammates;
• Display your name and profile photo to other players in clubs and games you take part in;
• Send you notifications and communicate with you about your account or the service;
• Maintain the safety, security and functionality of the App.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Certain profile details (such as your name and profile photo) are visible to other players within the clubs and games you join. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting, authentication and notification providers), and where required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. You can also delete your account from within the App, which removes your associated personal information from our active systems.

Children's Privacy & Under-18s

The App is intended for players aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. For players under 18, additional protections apply by default — including private profiles, exclusion from public search, and restrictions on private messaging from adults.
