Delete Your Account

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your RoadKickers account and the personal data held against it. RoadKickers is published by AI Sporting Tech Ltd.

Delete your account from inside the app

The quickest way is in the app itself. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to wait for and no request to approve.

  1. Open the RoadKickers app and sign in.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap your name and photo at the top of the menu to open Account details.
  4. Scroll to the bottom, to the Delete account section.
  5. Tap Delete my account.
  6. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.

You are signed out straight away and the account can no longer be used to sign in.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@roadkickers.com from the address linked to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify that the account is yours and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply when it is done.

What is deleted

The following are permanently deleted from our active systems and cannot be recovered:

  • Your name, profile photo, handle, bio, nationality, home town and date of birth;
  • Your phone number, email address and sign-in credentials — the account can never be signed into again;
  • Your player records: injuries and injury visibility settings, playing attributes, position, ratings, height, weight and daily step counts;
  • Your Fantasy Premier League connection, saved plans and league preferences;
  • Your photos and videos on your own profile (Moments), and your profile picture;
  • Your work and fan profile details;
  • Your notifications, notification settings and push notification tokens;
  • Your contacts, connections and connection requests;
  • Your club memberships;
  • Any reports you have submitted about other users or content;
  • Your conversations with in-app AI features.

What is kept, and why

Some records belong to the clubs and games you took part in, not only to you. Deleting them would rewrite other members’ history — their results, their team sheets, their conversations. These are kept, but they are no longer linked to you: your name is replaced with “Former player” everywhere it appeared, and nothing in them can be traced back to your identity or contact details.

  • Match records: attendance, team selections, results, goals and assists in games you played;
  • Messages you sent in club chats and group conversations;
  • Photos and videos you added to a club or match wall, which are part of that club’s shared album.

If you own a club, ownership is transferred to another member automatically so the club keeps running. If you are the only member, the club is archived.

Retention period

Deletion from our active systems is immediate. Residual copies may remain in encrypted, access-controlled database backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups.

Deleting some of your data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual photos and videos, remove injuries, clear your work and fan details, leave a club, or disconnect Fantasy Premier League — all from your profile and the Account screen. If you would like something removed that you cannot remove yourself, email privacy@roadkickers.com and tell us what you would like deleted; we will respond within 30 days.
