These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoadKickers mobile application (the "App"), operated by AI Sporting Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login details (including your PIN) secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
RoadKickers is a place to organise football and talk with your teammates. You agree not to use the App to post, send, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other people.
You keep ownership of the content you create (messages, photos, comments, and other material). By posting it, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display it so the App can function (for example, showing your message to your club). You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
The App provides tools to report objectionable content and to block other users. We may, at our discretion, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.
The App lets you record injuries and availability for your own reference and to share with your teammates as you choose. This information is provided by you, is not medical advice, and should not be relied on as such. Always seek advice from a qualified professional for medical matters.
Some features display football data, including Fantasy Premier League ("FPL") information. RoadKickers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, the Fantasy Premier League, or any club. Third-party data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings). Deleting your account removes your personal information from our active systems as described in our Privacy Policy; some content you posted in shared conversations may remain but will no longer be linked to your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, and you use the App and take part in any activity organised through it at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and where appropriate we will ask you to accept the updated Terms in the App.
